Our Humble Beginnings
Label Solutions is proud to be a privately owned by Rick Jones and Karen Stevens. A diverse label manufacturer in southwest Missouri offering full-service print and design capabilities for our growing list of customers across the United States. We have developed proprietary stocks, inks and adhesives along with cutting edge technologies, resources and tools.

We got our start in 1989 after Rick Jones purchased the Rainbow Paint & Rainbow Label Company in Springfield, Missouri. For several years we serviced both paint and label needs for our customers across the nation, but then in the early 90’s began the switch to just labels as we provided regulatory and compliance labels to welding and gas distributors.

In 1993 we moved to Marshfield, Missouri and changed the company name to Label Solutions in 2000. We formed a strategic plan to become experts in the labeling of compressed gas cylinders and are now North America’s largest provider of cylinder labels to the welding, medical and specialty gas industries.

In January of 2014, Karen Stevens became Chief Operating Officer and a Co-Owner of Label Solutions. She has been with the company for over 25 years and has been an integral part of the company’s growth and innovation.

As we have grown we have added to our staff, resources and systems so we can provide high-quality labels for a wide variety of highly regulated businesses, including industrial manufacturing, home health care, food, beverage, propane, chemical, private labeling and much more.
