1984
Mr.Roberto Marchini and Mr. Giovanni Rebustini founded NUOVA B.R.B. at Porto Mantovano, a city in Mantova district, 150 km away from Milan.Mr. Gianni Rebustini put in the new company his experience had at B.R.B., who was a turnery and milling company working for the manufacturers of labelling machines of the area and Mr. Roberto Marchini put his experience of designer had at OCEA, historic and well-known name of the labelling sector.

They start manufacturing automatic labelling machine for the wine industry in the French market, supplying the Virey et Garnier company, one of the main labellers manufacturer in France in the 50’s and 60’s,after the French company closed the manufacturer department but remained active in the trading of labelling machinery choosing just to sell Nuova BRB labellers.

At the beginning they based their activity into a 460 sqm workshop with 5 employees producing linear and oscillating magazine wet glue labellers.


1986
The first fixed magazine labeller is manufactured.
In the same year the first labeller equipped with PLC is produced

1990
The first rotary labeller with self-adhesive heads went up
In the same year Nuova BRB expand his commercial network to other European countries

1993
Virey at Garnier closed also its trading activity and Nuova BRB founded in Paris BRB France with offices and a workshop and a good number of the former Virey et Garnier technicians and sales people.
In the same year the constant increase in sells and the development of his human resources have the planned effects: increase in numbers of machines produced and gain of new markets like Russia and east European countries. These facts encouraged Mr Marchini and Rebustini to enlarge the workshop to 850 sqm and the employees to 15.

1998
Nuova BRB delivered his labeller number 500
In the same year begins a fruitful collaboration with NERI s.p.a. (Marchesini group) in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sector
Always in 1998 the first labeller for the application of the U shaped label is created


1999
The first labeller with opto – electronic orientation is created

2001
New needs and the high degree of competition of the market pushes the company to do in recent years important and significative investments.Nuova BRB developed new products, installed new technologies of latest generation in the production, design and management areas.Now with its 23 employees Nuova BRB has moved to a new headquarter of 2.000 sqm changing the company’s external image

2002
Nuova BRB image is renewed with a new logo and constructive concepts.

2006
When the owner’s sons, Alessandro and Andrea, entered the business, NUOVA BRB snc changed its name to become BRB Globus srl: the goal of the new generation is to assure the future of the company, injecting it with fresh energy and new ideas, using the experience gained over the years to the best advantage and guaranteeing the continuity of the company philosophy that has enabled BRB to grow steadily and constantly from 1984 till the present day
