    Saturators

    For continuous processing of webs such as fabrics and specialty material.

    Saturators are provided to apply resin systems into fiberglass and fabric webs.  Units include stainless steel dip tanks, idler rolls, and metering rolls with gap control.  Tanks may be constructed to accept heating or cooling media for precise temperature control.  Saturators may be mounted on docking systems for removal from the processing line.
