Dynamic Mixer
The continuous mixing unit type MS(A)-IN1 is perfectly suitable for the homogenous mixing of up to 10,000 l/h of thin liquids and viscous products such as milk, biological populations, curd, fruits, and also sauces or processed cheese, etc.
Due to the compact design, it is possible to install the dynamic inline mixing unit in a very space-saving way. The modular design makes it possible to modify an inline mixing unit which is already installed into an aseptic one with double-effect mechanical shaft seal. As a standard, the INDAG inline mixing units are suitable for steam or hot water sterilization of up to 150°C. As an option, a double-walled heating, or cooling jacket respectively, is available for the mixing tube.
