Description

Everything under control: The automatic Control cutter ASB 560 for cheeks has a modern, hygienic design for quick, efficient processing. By cutting into the cheeks, contaminated products can be removed from the further processing workflow, optimising the hygienic standard. The blade shaft is equipped with circular blades at a distance of 30 or 48 mm. The products to be processed can have a height of up to 90 mm (optionally 120 mm).
