Tetra Pak® Continuous Freezer series is the new improved version of our previous range of continuous freezers Tetra Hoyer Frigus® KF.

These new freezers for central refrigeration are fully computerised freezers with automatic control and comprehensive monitoring of all main production parameters. They offer faster, smoother start-up and even greater uniformity in product quality than its predecessor, with standard deviation as low as 0.7%

They are linked to a central refrig­eration unit that can use HFC, ammonia (NH3) or carbon dioxide (CO2).

Actual outlet capacities will depend on mix formulation, outlet temperatures and other factors. Capacities are based on 100% overrun and a recipe with 10% dairy fat.
