Q-PUMPS offers a new circumferential piston positive displacement pump that has 100% interchangeable and compatible parts with the Waukesha UI and UII series, both hydraulically and dimensionally.
Unlike the competition, our pumps are supplied with a 304 stainless steel gear case instead of cast-iron, without increasing the final cost of the equipment. We also offer other improvements:

All ZP1 and ZP2 models can be rebuilt (using larger rotors) for the purpose of extending the equipments useful life. Q-PUMPS offers a wide range of options for the reconstruction of used equipment. A full reconstruction, involving the changing of shafts, gear boxes, bearings and rotors, includes a one-year factory guarantee.

APPLICATIONS
Q-PUMPS circumferential piston pumps are designed to cover all hygienic pumping applications within the food, dairy product, soft drink, pharmaceutical, and other industries. There is a wide range of applications owing to the drastic reduction of internal tolerance levels, from light products, such as water, to highly viscous products, such as tooth paste (from low to high viscous fluids, up to 1,000,000cps). Depending on the model, these pumps can withstand pressures from 200 to a maximum of 450psi.
