To replace a worn out Keg line, Baviks management decided to put in a 4 lane 422-D. 422-D, stands for; double chunnel with 4 washing heads, 2 filling heads. (CO2 and beer filling)
Due to the buzy season there was very little time available to implement the new keg line.
Standard Procedure is to manufacture, assemble and test the complete washing & filling line on the factory floor at Lambrechts. After the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) there was only one working week available to install the complete system succesfully at the brewery.
