DELLA TOFFOLA offers a variety of screw, belt or pneumatic conveyor models suitable for receiving and sorting grapes from any delivery system.

The new DELLA TOFFOLA grape sorting lines are used to facilitate the manual sorting process before the grapes are crushed or pressed. These systems are particularly suited for:

Automatically distributing and leveling the grapes on a table to facilitate the sorting process, which can be conducted from both sides of the line;
Manually separating the mass of grapes from any foreign bodies, such as leaves, twigs, damaged bunches, grape stems, etc.


The lines comprise the following parts, in order of presentation:

A vibrating hopper complete with the drainage and collection of any free-flowing must, this can be used alone to ensure a constant and uniform delivery to a destemmer-crusher;
A sorting table with non-toxic rubber conveyor belt, where operators can take action on both sides to select the grapes quickly and easily by hand. These tables come in various lengths and are carefully designed for easy, perfect cleaning. They are complete with three sliding tracks: one in the middle for the selected grapes and one on either side, near the operators, for the disposing of the waste;
An adjustable-height elevator belt with a hopper for collecting the grapes coming from the sorting table. The standard version is complete with wheels and a hydraulic piston and manual pump. These belts can be made in various heights and can include a speed control.
A destemmer-crusher can be installed at the end of these lines for subsequent grape must extraction.
