CO2 Ribbon Blenders are designed and fabricated to meet the high quality requirements of the USDA. Our Ribbon Blenders are used to mix batches of products consisting of meat, soy products or other ingredients. The blender provides rapid cooling with top or bottom CO2 injection to achieve a product consistency conducive to forming shapes. Top cover seal and other structural features make it suitable for operating under vacuum or pressure. By replacing the ribbons with paddles and operating the blender under vacuum (without CO2 injection), the blender may be used to marinate.
