This 120V prewired controller allows one to accurately measure and maintain temperature (to within 1°F), control power to heating elements, and open and close the Chilling Water Controller solenoid on the 3-in-1 vessel to regulate fermentation temperature. It is different from the Auber ETC in that this controller can be used to heat Or cool as it is single control. Comes with 5' cords and an aluminum cord grip to hold the temperature probe in a standard 1/2" NPT thermowell.
