BOHRER Crate Washer Type PA
PET bottles that are deformed, stuck together or wedged in recycling crates can cause serious disruption in the crate cleaning process.
The fully automatic BOHRER discharge machine has been specially developed for removing these empty bottles before the crates are cleaned in the washing machine.
A recognition system reliably detects any bottles which are stuck or remaining in the crate and these are then completely removed from the crate by means of a pneumatic ejection system.
The unit can be universally adapted to different crate formats.
This PET discharge device is connected to a preceding upward crate turning unit or a downward crate turning unit.
