Capabilities / Certifications:

The certification of pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 with "U" and "UM" Certificates of Authorization.
The certification of pressure vessels in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) using ASME Section VIII, Division 1 for design.

Material and weld inspection processes include:

XRF Analyzer for Positive Material Identification (PMI)
Conventional & phased array ultrasonic flaw detection
Liquid dye penetrant inspection
Magnetic particle inspection
4 AWS Certified Weld Inspectors (CWI)
Vacuum Leak Testing:

Helium Leak Testing to 1 × 10-9 std cc/sec
Part/Chamber being tested is attached to a vacuum pump with helium leak detector and is pumped down to a vacuum
Helium is sprayed using a wand around welds, seals, and other outer surfaces
Helium leak detector will alarm if helium enters the vacuum signifying a leak
This method can differentiate leaks from false positives due to outgassing
