Following with the specifications of both referenced bottler and blower, ABC developed an ambitious project to maximize energy in the blowing of a variety of PET containers with very different sizes. Based on the traditional ABC compressor package, both VSD and a system of air reinjection into the suction of the third compression stage were integrated. In plant production a remarkable 28% energy saving was achieved.
