MAJA - TECHNOLOGY FOR THE FUTURE
The MAJA-Maschinenfabrik, located in the South German village of Kehl-Goldscheuer, was founded in the year 1955 by Hermann Schill sen., the grandfather of the present company owners Reinhard and Joachim Schill. Today, MAJA ranks among the world’s leading manufacturers of machinery for the food industry.

Product range:
The company develops, produces and distributes high-quality machines for food processing and refrigeration. The product range is divided into three main groups: meat processing equipment, ice machines and automating solutions. The company’s core products in the field of meat processing include derinding, membrane skinning and defatting machines as well as skinners for fish and poultry. Since the end of the nineties, MAJA has conquered an additional market and offers portion control slicing systems for fresh meat to the worldwide meat processing industry. MAJA ice machines are mainly used for the economical and ecological refrigeration and attractive presentation of fresh foodstuff, as well as for the production of meat and bakery products.

180 employees in the head office at Kehl-Goldscheuer as well as in the subsidiaries abroad make sure that MAJA customers in more than 130 countries of the world have high-quality machines at their disposal.

A network of competent MAJA sales and service partners assure that MAJA products are available all over the world. In France and in the U.S., the subsidiaries MAJA S.A.R.L. (Entzheim) and MAJA Food-Technology, Inc. (Omaha/Nebraska) take care of these important markets. A further subsidiary, the MAJAtronic GmbH, is located at Goldscheuer, too. Since 2002, the company is specialized in the development and production of trendsetting automation solutions for the food processing industry, especially in the field of robotics.
